REGISTRATION PROCESS
You can either order online through PayPal (through any of the major credit card companies, or through a PayPal account), or you can call 615-812-2192 to order by credit card, or you can send a check (along with the questionnaire) payable to The Musical Heritage Center, and mail it to 456 Highway 70, Pegram, TN 37143.
After purchasing your package (prices listed below and also in the brochure) you will be directed to fill out a questionnaire that will allow us to cater to the wishes and needs of the camp attendees, help structure the schedule of classes, and determine class sizes. Should you be snail-mailing your payment, you need to send this questionnaire along with it. Download the questionnaire and print it off and snail mail it if you have any problems filling out the online application. ALTERNATIVELY, fill out the web questionnaire - but you still need to send in your payment. Copy and paste the results after you hit "Submit" to musicalheritagecenter@gmail.com .
Please do not skip this important step - should you register and not complete the second half, we will be following up with you until you get it filled out either on this website, or e-mailed to us, or snail-mailed!!! Thank you.
